Please please please have a talk with your staff at the door On Sat Feb 5 2022 between 10am-11am. Walk in there with a friend that is a patient. What I notice was an unpleasant MEAN face. She was not polite at all. After witnessing good gestures from patients to staff and respond from this individual was very wrong. You can’t make one be, but you can replace them. Please DO NOT have her greet patients. I’m actually not wanting to go there and see her unpleasant self BUT my friend insists is one of there favorite dispensary confuse. Management please speak with to this staff.

Like the staffs, like the deals. This place is one of my go to dispensary. As I’ve said aside the bad apples 🍏 🍎 this place is pretty cool. 😎

Need to speak to manager about the order.

There is a few rotten apples 🍏 🍎 at this place. I been a customer for a while now. I think people get tired of seeing shop there a lot that they tend to show off their rude being and service. There is a white lady there with blond streaks in her hair. … she is rude. For 1: when she see my sister pull to do the curbside pick up the lady never sends someone to deliver the order. Which mean we would have to get out and come in….so why give the curbside option if your not going to do your job? My sister asked about it and she replied that she didn’t know anyone didn’t come out. ( how when she came in she saw u by the camera screen)??? 2:Then there is also another white girl That puts her hair up in a messy bun… she is also rude along with the other I just mentioned. Another time this one with the messy bun came pass my sisters car but didn’t stop to ask about the curbside. They sit there and watch the cars pull up to the curbside pick up. But they dictate who they want to assist.

I been a customer with this dispensary for a long while now. On sat 11/13/21 I placed an online order that was a bit delayed. But I understood it was a heavy traffic flow of patients due to the 30% off day. My thing was I was thinking they would close and I would be out of luck in getting my meds since I had not received my confirmation for pick up…. So I just decided to walk in rather then my curbside option (as I was there)... So all though I was not at all my best when I walked in (due to headache) I have to say that I left out with a 😀. He was apologetic and made my order just right! Thank you Evening supervisor that attended me at register #5. I’ll continue being a customer👍🏼

As side from the rotten apples there, the rest of the crew are cool peoples. Shout outs to femi,chris, Tom, J, Lexi, Sandra and all the rest of the crew I have not yet met. You guys rock! Keep up the good customer service.

I can’t lie, this place is for the most part Fast customer service. Can’t complain too much on there price. The staff is great although it’s always going to be a rotten apple 2 out the bunch, BUT Hey that’s life.
