I had an ad for 40% off first order and last week and when I called there were no stipulations in regards to having to live in Palm Springs and I called today to try to place an order for delivery and I was told that the coupon is only good for Palm Springs residence, which doesn’t state that on the ad. Not cool at all! 11/18/23 Not to be an ass GM but placed an order online through Weedmaps and tried calling at least three times and the phone is disconnected. So not sure if the order is happening. I emailed via the email listed on your page to inquire about the procedure for applying the 40% and no one ever responded, if you’re closed say you’re closed, how are you going to keep customers loyal?

I gladly spend quite a bit of my hard earned money at local dispensaries but, High Rollers was a game changer… Joseph and Rosanna (sp) were both inviting, knowledgeable and authentically kind. I’m now loyal to 2 dispensaries here in the Valley and, High Rollers is on that list.

Went there yesterday with some questions and they answered all of them! They have a great inventory. The two working on Sunday what above and beyond to make happy! I will be going back. Mark

Sometimes I am weary of using delivery for one reason or another. I am super happy with my decision, Jason was friendly from the beginning. The prices are reasonable for the current market. The flower was really good as well as the concentrate! It had me feeling mighty good!!! Thanks guys!
