Great Store!!

On 2/19/2021 I ordered online from Leafly two (2) quarters for a REALLY GREAT PRICE ($35/each). I was notified by DOTS that they would send the order to ReLeaf for processing. ReLeaf sent me a text indicating that the order was READY. I called back TWICE to VERIFY that the order was READY AT THE ReLeaf store. BOTH TIMES I was told it was ready. WHEN I ARRIVED THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO SEE MY DOCTOR FOR RECERTIFICATION! I then contacted my doctor for recertification and I have an appointment on Tuesday (2/23/2021 @ 3PM). SOMEONE AT THE RELEAF STORE SHOULD HAVE NOTICED THAT I NEEDED TO SEE A DOCTOR BEFORE THEY NOTIFIED ME TO PICK UP THE ORDER; DON'T YOU THINK? This would make any other customer STOP BUYING FROM THE RELEAF STORE! I, on the other hand VALUE THE RELEAF STORE; I GET GREAT SERVICE! I GET GREAT PRICES! I GET GREAT STRAINS! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, just check that the customer doesn't need a DOCTORS CERTIFICATION BEFORE THEY CAN MAKE A PURCHASE! Thank you for your attention.
