Poor communication. Noticed immediately that one of my items was wrong. Called them but they didn't have the item anymore. Now I just noticed a second item is wrong. Not what I expect when paying nearly $50 in fees.

Good selection. A bit pricey though.

Mixed results with The Re-Up. They often have great deals but are regularly out of most of their advertised products. They'll offer substitutions of a much lower quality when this happens; not even the next best deal available. They're friendly though, I'll give them that.
