If you're paying with your card, watch the cashier like a hawk. I discovered one of their employees was adding tips for herself with out my consent or knowledge. She would push the add $3 tip option and say it was their service fee for using my card. I brought this to the attention of 2 separate employees. They said they would contact the manager ("who is hardly ever here")........no one ever contacted me to make it right. The employee who adds her own tips is still working there.

Everyone one closed early on Christmas Eve, EXCEPT Levels. That was my first time in their store. I have been back numerous times since then, for the excellent customer service, a large variety of brands, and great deals. I haven't needed to go anywhere else.
