I’m 64 and suffering from a combination of autoimmune illnesses. Multiple sclerosis, Crohn’s and psoriatic arthritis. I’m n steroids and can’t manage to sit and relax at all. Difficult to eat & sleep as well. My doctor thinks this could help.
