Sorry to hear about this negative experience you had! That's certainly not what we aim for here by any means. While this may not be what happened here, I will say that if, for whatever reason, we answer and there is no response on the other end, we will wait a bit to sort out any phone issues that may be occuring (service problems, phone muted, etc), however we will have to hang up to get through the phone queue that builds up if there's no response after a while.
