My first visit was simple and quick. The front room staff, including security, were kind and friendly and had answers to all of my questions. I came with another person and we were admitted to the back of the house together and were helped by a budtender together even though our purchases were separate. I've since taken advantage of the online ordering feature. I can sort products in many ways making it easy to choose something I want, the website quickly links my rewards account so I don't miss any points, I choose to pay in cash once I arrive at the dispensary, I get a text message as soon as I finish my order stating that it is being filled and in less than 10 minutes I get a second text stating that my order is ready for pickup, no waiting 4 hours like a grocery store online order ;) Even tho I go thru the online order customer queue in back of house, I am not rushed once I see a budtender. I can ask questions, change my order, and often have a light conversation as friends.
