Made my order online. Joshua immediately texted me back needing a couple of minor things to finish processing my order since I was new. He gave me an ETA of when I should see my stuff. Sure enough, within 90 mins, I had the driver Mia send me a message telling me she was 10 mins away. She was super friendly and gave me a punch card explaining to me how they work. So simple from beginning to end. No hidden fees or any garbage like that. You get what you see. I did not order flower etc, so I cannot comment on that. This is simply based on the customer service aspect. So far the Disposable Vape Pens work great. Thank you Joshua and Mia.

I usually have all my meds delivered, but that has become expensive. I decided to take a drive from the Roseville area today. I loved their parking lot and their security guard was very friendly. Very safe place! The gentleman that assisted me in the reception area was a little stale. Monotone voice, and needed to speak up so I could hear him. He didn't seem very enthused, but that's his problem, not mine. The lady seemed nice. I was called back and the bud tenders were all very happy-go-lucky. The dispensary is very open, product is clearly displayed. They have a lot to choose from. Esmeralda helped me pick my medicine. I have horrible chronic pain from several lumbar fusions (one that failed), a cervical disc replacement, a autoimmune disease which causes horrible joint and muscle pain & inflammation, migraines and arthritis. She was very patient and helped me pick and choose edibles and tinctures that fit into my budget. Thank you Esmerelda for being so kind and patient!
