This past Sat I went in and said I for sure wanted Tahoe strain and then asked about one other to add to my order. It was suggested I try Blue Dream, which I agreed. Someone set down lemon OG. I never asked for it, and certainly didn’t want to buy any, but surprise I BOUGHT LEMON OG which sucks. I called thinking $9 purchase wouldn’t be an issue, but oh yes it is. You see this is MY FAULT because they read back the names BEFORE I paid. WHAT? This guy heard me say what I wanted so if he read back something else WHY DIDN’T HE NOTICE THE ERROR? It’s because he didn’t say it otherwise I would have said I DID NOT ORDER LEMON OG; I ORDERED TAHOE. Something I announced when I walked to the back. Unbelievable…..I was without an OMMP card for an entire year, and was traveling to Medford to purchase meds. Well now that I have my card back I can still do it, and I would recommend TO EVERY SINGLE PERSON who uses this dispensary to try others because MOST of their strains hurt my throat and seem to be very low grade quality. I remember specifically one shop in Medford gave me five samples to try, and I didn’t expect that I would like all of them because my past experience with Better Way had me disliking the majority of their strains that I tried for an entire year. I thought that was normal, but it is not normal. It’s abnormal because as the budtender in Medford explained, she only buys from the best, and keeps one out of 10 strains that are offered to her shop. I will never return to this shop again, and I hope the $9 was worth it to them. I spent quite a bit of money there in a short time trying to find something I liked, but really they don’t seem to care. Again, for your sake, try other shops to compare. It’s worth the $20 in gas to at least go find out for yourself. As for me, my money will go where I’m valued as a customer. You all act as if you are the only shop in Oregon. Thankfully you are not, and you might want to consider your policy of making customers pay for YOUR errors before you lose others. I am so disgusted, and will never enter your doors again for any reason. I will however form a group of people interested in being introduced to far better quality of canna-products offered by so many other stores that are driving distance from Klamath Falls, AND they are nice to you and appreciate your $$$$$. For example, La Pine has KILLER sales on Sat and Wed (flower and cartridges), and will dance circles around Better Way prices any day. I've said enough. Time to get back to the shops that I learned to truly love while away from the OMMP program and Better Way for a year.

I came in from out of town and purchased two strains. I was so impressed with the customer service, friendliness of the staff, and the time they spent helping me understand the OR laws. I live nearly five hours away, but I know without a doubt I'll return to Sockeye's. I truly am grateful for all they did to help me, and their flower is HIGH quality at VERY reasonable prices.
