I went by this shop yesterday afternoon to pick up some CBD or RSO type products for my dying (told 2 months at best) as the pain has become too much to get out of bed or even talk. Michael helped me and he did his best to try to find the right things and an amazing job. Unfortunately, when i arrived home my brother informs me that I got the WRONG stuff and asks me to go back because he doesn't have much money, but the shop is closed. Now this is where my 5 start experience went out the door and got to see the person who is in charge, a LEAD, not a manager. I asked multiple times for a manager and he comes back out of the room with a big smile ready to just walk me out as it's clear they don't want to try to help out or exchange packaging for other stuff or store credit at very least. Wasn't the whole purpose of prop 215 to help people medically? If so, the worker that I have photographed for the real owner or manager to contact me at 949689. Even the security guard thought his LEAD was out of line and if they are truly in the business of helping people. The icing on the cake is that I'm not only in the business, almost everything on their shelves are owned by personal friends of mine (KushCo Holding (KushBottles), B-Real/JetFuel, Moxie, Connected, CuraCan (Select), ABX, etc.) so I'm sure they will love to learn that these guys are more focused on their $$$ rather than a medically, dying patient when they all receive the photo via email today. If only I could post this photo on here for the rest of you to see this HARDASS, COWARD lead with no soul or care for the true patient (my 25 year old dying brother). Keep the last little bit he has Nug, these products weren't even taken out of bag and store credit could have been met. Next time you think you're fooling someone new to the industry, think twice. As mentioned, if the actual OWNER or a Manger would like to grace me with a call, I'd love to provide this wonderful photo of your LEAD up front like a hard-a$$.
