Went in today to ask about if I can get a refund/exchange on a disposable vape cart I bought that leaked all the oil so I pretty much couldn’t vape any of it and the manager vannesa mentioned something about fraud when she had just admitted that it happens all the time and they do leak , horrible experience with her because it’s not cool to buy something that’s broken and you get accused with fraud , poor customer service skills and seemed like she didn’t even want to do her job , never had a bad experience until today
