Three times they haven’t bothered delivering
I Oder items form their site, they don’t have them, I have to call them to get it sort and replacement item. Promised call back multiple times but nothing From someone who suffers from chronic pain this is debilitating

James the delivery driver
My order turned up 5 hours late due to logistical issues but the driver James was excellent. Very apologetic, genuine and just great at his job. I hope his boss gets to see this :)
