I went to Dr. M as soon as the MMP was a good option for my health problems. The office is run very efficiently. Caroline runs that hectic place like a super star. I call up and give my cc # and I get an E-mail before we are off the phone. Dr. M really listens to my concerns. He is also a Notary in case you need that service. When I first started out the office gave me all of the information that I needed. I highly(no pun intended) recommend this Dr and office. Great experience with them. I have referred this office because of Dr. M and Caroline!

There is no doubt that you will have to wait a long time for your apoinment. You are charged cash for the visit(will not put it through insurance) if you are ill and want your allotment. You must go to the office instead of calling in your next month's allotment. The place is always packed. Elderly patients with bags of huge amounts of pill bottles that need refilling. She won't approve you right away. There were three visits(cash only) before I was able to get my card. She is very thorough. If you are 45 you need a colonoscopy or a prostate exam. You see the Drs that She suggests. She has a fee for the office visit and the fee for the MMP. Just money money money. Try getting a pain pill. No, you have to see pain management of her choice. If you see her for a health issue, that is an insurance charge. Plus, a co pay to the office. She is on the board for the Hospital as the senior treasurer. She also charges a copay for a follow-up! She might be just what you need.Mostly referrals.
