I would like to thank Linda who is the manager and boss of one of the noa dispensary. After talking to her about my problem she explained to me about flower and the harvesting and understanding of cannabis. Thanks to her I get a little understanding of where they are coming from. I come to find out that me as a shopper does not know everything I still have some to learn as will thank you again for your understanding and your talk. 1st of all my name is Kevin I would like to tell you a little bit about myself. I smoke about 4 oz a month which comes out to 1 oz a week and more. I spend about $600 to $800 a month on your flower at your store. And would like to inform you managers and bosses if it wasn't for these 4 Employees with good knowledge About your flower and products. Thanks to these 4 I always come back if the 4 guys was ever to leave your dispensary I would never come back. Patrick, Aron ,Jason and Shawn. R very honest and professional and knowledgeable about cannabis and marijuana. I wished all your employees would have the same knowledge and courtesy and customer service. To be honest with you there has been times that your employees were very unknowledgeable and very rude were I had to leave the store. And come back when these 4 people was working. I hope you give these employees a Pat on their back and acknowledge them for their good work. Good customer service is a key To a successful business.
