Imbuddha94, we love hearing from you, even if you keep leaving us low reviews! :) We're trying so hard to make you happy, but sometimes we just can't control how busy it gets. We've hired more staff (have you noticed how many more Budtenders are on when you come in?), we've instituted online ordering, and we've even hired a Concierge to facilitate guests in the lobby. Despite all that, sometimes we're just plain busy and there's a wait. Our online ordering policy is this: Online orders take precedent and are the first guests called back when they check in. So, if you let the Reception staff know you have an online order, you're placed on that list and called first. The only reason you would wait is if there are other guests with online orders checked in ahead of you, which can and does happen occasionally. But, that's what happens when you offer some of the lowest prices in the state ... it gets busy. One day we hope to win you over! :)
