It's been a couple of years since I've been to your dispensary. I decided to try a delivery instead of driving into San Jose. When I logged back in to see the reservations page on your website it showed there were none. I then needed to change the delivery to a later date and sent a message through your contact page on the website and got no response. I got a text saying my order was ready to go. I texted back with a question and got no response. I then sent another message through your contact page and got no response again. I got another text saying that my order would arrive in about 10 minutes. I texted back that I had been trying to cancel this order and again got no response. This is unacceptable as far as customer service. I get that you have a high volume of business but responding to customers in a timely manner should be of the utmost importance to you. My experience shows that responding to customers is not a priority for you. I will never use your dispensary again.

Stopped in yesterday for the first time. The reviews and prices for tinctures on weed maps and even Google maps had reviews are why I decided to check you guys out. It was definitely worth the drive from Livermore. Clean, easy to find, great prices for California, friendly staff and you can use your bank/atm card if you want. Cameron helped me out and recommended that I go ahead and try the dreamt sleep tincture I had been contemplating getting. It definitely knocked me out pretty hard. I woke up with a terrible neck ache and headache but I think it was due to passing out on the couch in a bad position. I took a double dose of the Proof 20:1 ratio tincture and that helped dial back the neck/head pain. I decided to take a dose of the Proof 1:1 ratio tincture so I could take a nap to eliminate what was left of my headache and it is definitely helping to bring on that nap lol Thank you Cameron! I'm so sorry I totally forgot to tip you but will make it up next time I stop in!

I think her name is Alisha, said she was one of the managers, was amazing with helping me get my mom some tinctures and gummies today to help with her pain so that she can sleep. Now mom can pick up her own tinctures when she needs them and doesn't have to wait for me to visit from California. Thank You Zen Leaf Chandler! Amd Thank You Alisha!
