Totally bummed at my experience today. The order I placed online had the wrong product pictured, so when I got my order it was wrong. The budtender looked up the item online and said it was correct. I went home and looked it up, it was listed wrong, i went back today to get some salve, and told the tender that I was right and he got upset and was very very rude. I did not ask for a discount, but he had offered it if had been wrong. He totally lied to my face about it, then when I called him out he was mad. Super bummed because I love this place, but I won't be coming back after that. There were several people not wearing masks when I went in today as well. My immune system is compromised and this is incredibly dangerous for folks like me. I thought this was a medical facility.

I bought some flour for curbside pickup today, and didn't check my order until I was home. I called IMMEDIATELY when I realized my order was wrong ( two wrong strains, and one 1/8th weighed at 1.95g by there own scale) and they told me no problem but to please come back right away. So I came back within the hour I had just been there. when I get there, an employee came and took the wrong order that I had gotten, and said he would be right back. After 10min, he comes out with nothing, and begins to ask me if I had bought the incorectly weighed 1/8th at another Shift dispensary, like if I had bought a small amount of weed at the other Shift, and was trying to get a free 1.5g of flour from them. This guy (Jesse M) berated me and totally insulted me, then went back inside to prepare my order that I had to now go in and get because I had no idea what was going on. When I finally got my order, it was still wrong!!! I was treated incredibly poorly by both Chloe and Jesse M. STAY AWAY!!
