not happy with the fact cards are accepted in house but not for delivery. how does a big facility like that not have the same payment methods?? yet a small delivery service with minimum stock has a card reader. this makes no sense to me. be consistent PLEASE

I have no idea why a place eant to gave a menu when they don't update it or the driver isn't even carrying it. instead he's got 1/3 of the menu and you need to gamble on what's there and what's not. very frustrating. only getting one choice of wax same flavor for the past 2 wks n then hearing the operator say "yeah we were trying to get rid of it???" don't tell us that that makes us not want it. I'm gonna open a restaurant with a full menu n when you ask for the plate." sorry we don't have it. we have this. no steak but we have pork " ridiculous the way some companies think their method is working for them. still looking for a reliable delivery service in the 5 cities area

I've been going to make a since they've open I got to see a couple of the workers turn into managers I've had the chance to recommend some items to help them And found some nice products there .After today I will NOT be going back I've used their Curbside Ordering more than a few times now Today I tried to do it and I Couldn't Their website was down but was told a bud tender can help on the phone. they didn't have the product I wanted sold out. but hey we have another that is $21 a gram "cool I'll try that" but then was told I had to come in say it's an express. I stayed in line for over 30 min. nothing express about it. I wouldn't have been in line if they didn't have their technical difficulties for a new computer system or whatever. by the time I finally got in I was already pissed. I then am told my order was $6 more than what u was told . complete incompetence. The manager said he'd take 2 buck off smh done w this place
