The Terpy Drippers are the best value I’ve found for this relatively unique item. The delivery drivers are always prompt and friendly.

We live in Pinole and we drive out on Sundays, if possible, to take advantage of free spin of the wheel. But, they have great deals everyday anyway. Today, we were lucky enough to be helped by Alyssa - and all I can say is wow, just wow. (ps: p&p is awesome)

I’m happy with the price of the Buddie’s, and they have a few good items on sale. More impressive was the delivery which arrived less than hour after I ordered. “Diana A” (the A stands for A+), delivered the order and I found her to be exceptionally bright, friendly and courteous.

I’m not going to lie, I kind of preferred their customer service model where we spoke with agents over the phone, as opposed to the texting-type system they use now. But that was because every person I ever spoke with their was always smart, friendly, and helpful - you know, like the kind of friends and partners we all want. They’re still there, we just have to message them on their site. Today I was fortunate enough to have GIOVANNA helping me. Basically, I told her what I wanted, what I needed help with, and what times worked for delivery. 3 minutes later, she has it all set up, including a better delivery time than what I was able to access, and a slightly better price. She is one of those people you want to deal with because you know she “gets it”. The best deals and website/ordering assistance from top notch agents - what’s not to like?

The fact is that if you want the best prices on top level flower and concentrates (my 2 favorites), you owe to yourself and your wallet to try Smoakland. Go to the Dealz section, pick out the one that gives you 2 1/2 ounce Organix and 2 concentrates for $99+tax. Or the 2 1/2 ounces of Exotix for the same price. If those doesn’t rate as 2 of the best deals you’ve ever gotten, then please tell me where you shop. But it gets better - the customer service has always been the real strength at Smoakland. Today, SANDRA quickly checked to make sure my order went through. We communicated via their text system, and within 2 minutes, my order was confirmed. Thanks again Sandra. Like her co-workers are 99.9% of the time, Sandra was nice and polite - they make you feel like you have a friend in the business taking care of you. Give ‘em a try and you’ll thank me later!
