I regret going here every single time. They are nice to you until you have a problem with a defective product like a cartridge not working. Their other locations take care of their patients but this location will tell you to take the loss and have a great day. Why even serve patients if you aren’t willing to help when they are in need.

Felt rushed and it made me feel uncomfortable. I don’t even understand why because nobody else was there it was like they didn’t want to deal with me. I’ve been here before as a last resort and usually don’t have problems. i also hate dealing with the manager Edwin or something like that i can’t remember his name. He’s not a very nice person. I’ll probably never come back unless i absolutely have to now which will hopefully be never.

I was referred by a friend who goes there as his primary place and he told me to try and see Eric or pin. I met Eric and i was extremely happy dealing with him. His customer service is the reason i will be going back. Everyone else is pretty friendly and the prices aren’t much different than most but eric was very patient with me and was very knowledgeable. Very glad i went here and I’ll definitely be coming back again

The place is nice and the product is not bad even though most of it smells the same but i came in today and i dealt with a bud tender who kept opening the bud for me to allow me to smell and look at the product but every single time he opened up something he always took a deep inhale of the container before allowing me to smell it. It made me kind of uncomfortable and i didn’t want to check anything out anymore but i do know i won’t be returning to this place
