a late pu order cuz I close @work 1hour before they close, got there 9:55, would’ve been right out but my item wasn’t in stock. So just asked what was left of the series of the brand I was looking at, ordered, but again didn’t have the strain. ok. other suggestions were made as it’s their job but it took the time that was left before closing. Felt like they were tryna remind me they’re (obviously) closed and to scramjones when I was finally just receiving my purchase a minute after close. Could just be protocol, but a tenders words and the rest of the display lights left on made me think otherwise. I didn’t like that. Cuz I deal with customer service all day and night too, and I’m not that last customer; I was still at their job cuz of them. I could just b overreacting tho. anyways strangely I was handed the exact product I had first ordered all along… confused but happy. the tenders are cool overall they tried to help me out. Also this product is gas I’m yapping

While trying to get a 510 thread HH cart, I almost purchased a HH disposable pod! Before sending out the order, I got a call from them actually doublechecking if I had ordered the right one for my battery; which I had not. 🙌🙌
