Went into Buzz last minute tonight around 8:15 just looking for some wax or maybe a small eighth. Normally, dispensaries are welcoming and let you know what deals are going on without having to ask—but this experience was different. When I asked a question, the response I got was, “well you didn’t ask,” with an attitude that was completely unnecessary. Customer service should never feel like that, especially when I was polite, said thank you, and kept it respectful the entire time. I ended up leaving because I’d rather spend my money somewhere that values customers and treats people with basic kindness. It’s not even about the money—I’m a CEO and do well for myself—but even if I wasn’t, everyone deserves to be treated fairly. Just a tip: be more mindful of how you speak to customers. A little kindness goes a long way.
