I started out w knox but they seem to be getting worse w customer service & options & availability. Their dispensaries are further away and weird, just give off a weird vib. Trulieve started out with generic indica, sativa, hybrid, and I didn’t like that their phone ppl could give recommendations like knox could, their dispensary was/ is so freaking nice Their people and customer service is above and beyond Their strands have gotten amazing and they have just gotten leaps and bounds better It would be nice to have healthy competition. Keeps them striving to win. Man oh man trulieve is winning by leaps and freaking bounds. Plus their website is freaking awesome. But everyone needs to realize you could all use more chairs for use people who need to sit while shopping for our thc products stools would be helpful very helpful. Chairs and stuff everywhere things need to be made less sterile and more comfortable. People need to sit. I understand it’s medicine but can’t we sit while we buy?
