I'm not going to say I even know this place. never been. I will say this.. unless they shell out discounts daily (already a bit disingenuous; makes you feel like you are "getting a deal" when you could have it delivered to you from the valley or down the grade and pay ⅔ the price.) Sooooo. as much as I would love to give them a shot. I just have to say no. as a med patient suffering multiple chronic autoimmune illnesses; UC, RA. Now possibly MS ,Lupus, Guillien-Barret, Graves, or possibly Parkinson's,(found plaque n stress fractures in spine. I need to be able to afford top shelf flower without breaking the bank. I have sarcoidosis and if the flower is too harsh on my lungs n throat it doesn't end well. I will say I appreciate that they are providing what I consider medication (to each their own. respect those who agree or don't). so thank you guys, truly for the services you provide. I just saw 80 for a BLEM 8th and wept a bit that's all. again just my opinion.

I have been going to this place for a looooong time. They have remained my #1 place through rising and lowering prices, delivery fees and so many other changes.... Because they are worth it. You won't find that old school "Real gets Real" vibe. Respect earned is reciprocated with Respect given. And Compassion is the same way. The staff goes above and beyond. They try to find a product that fits you no matter what. I honestly can't say good enough things about this place. Thanks to Lou, T, Kai, Prosper, Crusty, Chris, and everyone and anyone else I may have missed. Thank you all so so soooo much for all you guys do. You EARN every returning customer with your above and beyond service. Thank you. Truly.

Wheelhouse is probably my #2 overall anywhere (15 years of delivery and dispensary experience) and my #1 in Ventura County. Their prices may seem high, but coupled with the discounts and deals available, not to mention their amazing staff who seem always willing and happy to make your order/visit the best possible. ( most recently special thanks to Chris the manager and Karina-Delivery Dispatch for going above and beyond... Chris- fixed a order mess up or two, one on the 29th of last month. My birthday... and he made it right and added a discount and pre-roll for my "inconvenience".... i guess thats what waiting an extra hour is haha. KARINA though just went beyond to make sure I was all set without seeming pushy or dismissive at all. Usually it's one or ten other... not here... all bout compassion and them customers/patients. THANK YOU TO ALL WHEELHOUSE STAFF FOR PROVIDING SUCH A UNIQUE AND WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE ON MULTIPLE LEVELS. (In store, walk up, delivery, next day......)

So I'm not in great shape health wise. The driver just happened to show up the same time as my grocery delivery. After straightening the confusion on my part the driver left quickly and discreetly with no fuss. I appreciate that in a business. I'm hurting, I want to use my medicine and nap. quick and efficient .
