I just recently moved to Jacksonville and called to get information about a medical card. I was a little nervous and the women I spoke with was so nice and booked me an appointment for the next day with a doctor. It was so quick. The day of the appointment they texted me that morning with a link to meet up with the doctor. I logged in 10 minutes early and he was on within 2 minutes. The doctor was early! He was so nice, quick and answered all the questions I had. 1 week later, I was approved for my medical card. This experience was so much easier than I thought it was going to be. If you've been hesitant to get your card because you're nervous about the process, they made it so easy for me, I bet they can for you as well.

Hands down the best place around. From the security staff, front desk receptionist to the amazing, helpful, and thoughtful staff in the back, they all make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. I always have questions and they take their time and help me find exactly what I need. They don't rush you or make you feel like you're wasting their time. The prices are so much better than anywhere else I've been. My only regret is not trying them sooner. Keep up the awesome work guys. You're killing it.
