1. If people have to pick up an order by a certain time, say so on your site, text messages, or literally anywhere on the transaction. 2. The one online order that actually worked took almost 6 hours to complete... the rest have never actually been completed in 10+ hours. What's the point of having online ordering?

Several times now I have tried to order online and it has only worked once. It shouldn't take 10 hours to slap a half oz and some prerolls in a bag, which is how long it took the one time they actually filled my order. Apparently you also have to get pickups a half hour before close, which seems arbitrary as it says that literally nowhere on their site or weedmaps. The edible selection and one good experience with a budtender is why it has 2 stars and not 1. There is better bud with better prices elsewhere.

I always get great service here, and they're quick. The prices are competitive and they have some great strains I can't get elsewhere. A++

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly every time I go. I never feel rushed and they work with me when I'm on a tight budget. The flower is always consistent and good quality, overall better than other places I've tried with similar prices. I keep coming back bc I ❤ Reef!

I've been here a few times now and never been disappointed with either the flower or the customer service. They do a great pre-roll special which I do frequent quite often, which is buy 2 get 1. I never would have tried the strain Grandpa's breath if it wasn't for my last bystander here. (Mostly because Grandpa's breath sounds super gross but it's great!) Lol thanks guys!

A pretty diverse selection of stuff, there's a nice selection of flower, the prices are great. The customer service was stellar and the place overall just had a nice vibe to it. Props to my budtender Heather, who was super friendly and helpful (and awesome hair.)
