I was really excited to try the Honey Citrus (4:1) vape because I specifically seek out lower THC cannabis products and had been looking for a vape with a similar potency profile. Unfortunately, after using the product, I developed noticeable chest discomfort that became more pronounced the following morning. I've used many cannabis vape products over the years, including live resin and other premium offerings, and have never experienced a reaction like this before. I cannot say with certainty that the vape caused the issue, but the timing was concerning enough that I discontinued use. I also contacted Dompen to report my experience and provide the batch information but never received a response. I really wanted this product to work out, but based on my experience I would not purchase it again.

I visited Kannabis Works specifically because they had the Dompen Honey Citrus (4:1) vape in stock. The selection was good, and I was excited to find a lower THC vape option that isn't commonly available. Unfortunately, after using the product I experienced an unusual reaction that prompted me to reach out to both the manufacturer and the dispensary. I wasn't looking for a refund, replacement, or compensation. I simply wanted to make them aware of the experience and see if they had any information or guidance they could provide. I never received a response to my inquiry. I understand that dispensaries may not always be able to address product specific concerns directly, but I was disappointed that there wasn't even an acknowledgment of my message. Customer communication is important, especially when a customer is reporting a potentially adverse experience with a product sold in the store.

Tried this product for the first time and experienced consistent lightheadedness from multiple pre rolls in the pack. I normally use similar CBD THC ratio products from other brands and do not have this issue, so this stood out as unusual.

t was my first time trying this brand, and I chose it because of its high quality reputation and live rosin feature. Unfortunately, the product had an off smell, and I felt lightheaded after just a couple of drags.

Products were back dated / not fresh .

I had a product concern and I reached out to Culture on Jan 29th. I never heard back from anyone. What a bummer.
