Hi! Again, I apologize for the inconvenience. We primarily operate as a delivery service and offer curbside pickup by appointment. Your order was placed through our pickup page that clearly states "appointments" and you arrived about two hours after the order was placed, which is fine, but we had no indication of when you'd be arriving. I did offer to deliver your order even though it was below the delivery minimum with the new patient discount and I would be returning from my scheduled delivery after our business hours. We have a large sign on our door with patient parking signs and a sign with the number to call for pickup.
