Delivered as promised and promptly

Selection is awesome and staff is super helpful, however the last time I was in I was recommended ever drop cartridges. They taste horrendous and not only that, I bought 3 and each one has an air bubble problem around the cotton so I’m worried about hitting burnt cotton the whole time I’m using it. Tried every fix in the book to no avail, even tried multiple batteries. Good shop but do not buy ever drop carts!!! And don’t recommend them anymore!

Great variety and pretty decent price range for SoCal, service is usually good but hit or miss. I do wish that they did something to encourage customer loyalty with discounts for regular customers. Also please learn your schedules. I called to ask about a company coming in to showcase product and was told they had nothing scheduled with them, only to check Instagram the next day and they were there... just sloppy.

Staff is super helpful and selection is really good with lots of different prices and brands. They have pretty much everything, and good products across the board.
