Had an issue with one of the vap cartridges, when I went into the store and advise them that it tasted like it was not burning anything and it had a metal taste and smell. the gentleman told me there was nothing that they could do and advised me to eat the product!? I ended up throwing the cartridge away because I think it was faulty in the first place. I end up getting a call from customer service a few weeks later about the situation. they ended up giving me 20% off my next visit, which I think is pretty lame. I don't know if curaleaf knows the competition they're dealing with. I had somewhat of the same issue at sutera and they replaced the cartridge for me. no questions asked! I haven't been back to curaleaf not because their product is bad but because their customer service is. but I do believe in second chances!
