Magnificent!! Very magnificent!!

You guys are fire. Your customer service is a hit (on some days eh, but we're all trying our best these days). The one thing I can never understand is the pick up ordering system ya'll have. If you don't have it in stock then don't have it available. This is MAYBE the 3rd time I've done a pick up, and there's always something unavailable, but hey there's substitute, but if you're gonna sub then allow us to pick the sub if not available. I appreciate the staff is trying their best, but this leaves us customers to be sometimes a little upset with that staff even though it's beyond their hands. I hope ya'll keep up the great customer service and work a little on the pick up ordering system. So I think I'll be taking a little sabbatical for a bit from ya'll.

Rosario!! Couldn't say enough good things about this wonderful helper. I was approached by Candy i think was her name and let me know if I needed her she's available. I looked and looked and heard Rosario mention about today's specials, prices, and even offered them (and reminded me too) about our loyalty points!! She was attentive and delightful. I enjoy coming here the staff is just pure delight!! Rock on Rosario and staff!!

Definitely enjoyed my pick up here. Compared to Bluefire this place is golden. Their team is on point with service even if it's just pick up. It was good greeting and service with a smile from check in to check out. That's why I tipped them $20.00 cash. Thank you to everyone who works at Firehouse!!
