Hey KKpie! Thank you for the long and detailed review! We truly apologize for that situation. We are in the progress of changing the way we treat WeedMap deals and coupons. We want to treat the coupon as it's meant to be used (much like clipping coupons from a newspaper and taking them to the store). That said, we working on implementing daily deals that will be separate from our daily "coupon" on the front page of WeedMaps -- which is no secret (FrontPage, First Store, on Deals Nearby Me -- which we pay a lot for you guys to be able to see). That said, I think the confusion was my budtender mixing up the daily deal and the daily coupon. Which, when you asked what the daily deal was -- regardless of what deal he told you -- he should've just given it to you, not try to make you go outside and get your phone, and I understand your frustration and not wanting to get it -- which ultimately led up to this review (I was sitting in the back watching it all unfold, but just wanted to see how he would handle it, obviously not too well 😅 - but we've had re-training since) Nevertheless, I believe he still gave you 20% off regardless (might want to check your receipt) -- but either we will change this and make sure it doesn't happen again! Hopefully, we can earn back those extra 2 stars! 😁
