I've been to countless Trulieve's all over Florida and this one is hands down my favorite. Every single team member is so nice upon arrival I've even made friendships along the way. Everyone is so eager to help and is genuinely knowledgeable. If any mistakes or ever made they are quickly corrected without hassle. I've exchanged items and returned items as well as just even ask general questions and had never had issue. One team member did tell me once I wasn't allowed to ask questions if I have an express pick up which definitely educated me on how their process goes, but other than that everything was always smooth. I look forward to coming here every single time I pick up!
