If I could give a negative 5,000 star I would. This "customer service" rep just took my call, after 2 hours and after giving me a line of BS about call outs & new drivers, then said "I don't understand what your issue " then called me a liar, called me crazy, then hung up on me. Someone from ReBud please explain

Looooonnnnnggggg wait, or they'll just cancel u. Negative 5 on reliability. If I could give negative stars, I would. Props to the 2 drivers they have covering half of So Cal... not their fault and they're always cool.

I place a late order & they couldn't come thru. Next order they HOOKED me TF up... "On Deck" isn't just a clever name. THE most consistent one around. Great selection, great customer service and even when they aren't on deck they make it up++

I'm literally a couple miles away and the shortest wait time I've had is 1 and a half hours. they've also tried to upsell me saying something was out of stock and when I didn't go for it they mysteriously had what I originally wanted all the sudden... very shady this service is an absolute joke. I've NEVER had a delivery without an issue
