I’m a weekly visitor, and never usually have any issues as all the budtenders are friendly. But recently, every Thursday, I’ve been having the same budtender who doesn’t seem to listen to me when placing my order. Today for instance, I asked for 6 packs of the $15 5pk Grasshopper Farms pre rolls. I only received 5 of them. When placing my order, I will tell them, no grape, no blueberry. But this same girl always seems to give me the ones I specifically asked to NOT have. Sucks she doesn’t give me a receipt either, so I’m here tipping someone who isn’t even listening to me. It makes me very upset, and seems like she doesn’t like her job. Usually when I get the 5pks from anyone else they’re uncovered from the plastic wrap. She just gives me the wrap with it, like she doesn’t even care about customer service. 4/5 stars for everyone but her. Next time, I’ll remember to check my bag before I tip.
