terrible surcumstances

so I wrote a bad review the other day and need to retract it ...... I found out the owners family member passed .... I wanna say that I'm so sorry for your loss and if I had known that I would have been more than happy to wait .... again sorry for your loss and I will give another shot today thank you for reaching out in this difficult time ........
