Poor over the phone service called to inquire about the HeyDay Cartridges they're promoting on their Instagram account went to the web site for pricing of the HeyDay Cartridges instead found a $5 off coupon instead still wanted to know the pricing of the product called to inquire the price the Gentleman on the other side of the phone didn't seem he was willing to help gave me the price of $40 for the Cartridges and I asked about the $5 coupon online he claimed it expired already yet I just received it got off the line to check the email for expiration and it is for 9/30/18 called back to inquire to see if it was worth the trip the same gentleman answered and started huffing and puffing over the phone like I was making his job hard long story short I think I'll let the coupon expire and not make a visit with that kind of service I'll keep my business with Purlife, SouthWest Wellness Center, R. Greenleaf Shift & Organtica at least they treat us like patients and not an unwanted customer
