I’ve been a loyal customer of this shop for quite some time and have always loved the quality of the products. Unfortunately, ever since the management changed, the products I regularly buy are almost always out of stock. Every visit, I’m told they’ll be restocked soon, but that rarely happens. As a loyal customer who spends a lot here, it’s become very frustrating. The main reason I still come back is Diego. His customer service is exceptional. He’s professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to help. Employees like Diego deserve recognition. I hope management improves inventory because the current situation makes it difficult to recommend this shop. If that changed, I’d gladly visit more often and refer others.
