I've been going to the Casa Grande dispensary for around 5 years and the staff has always been awesome. Since Trulieve took over though, the whole process has taken a downward turn! Their website absolutely sucks now which I mention every time I go in and the staff agrees with me, tell me everybody says that, and they keep reporting it to management. I always order online, but when I got there I found out there was a BOGO on gummies I like so I canceled the pickup order and was told to go to the other side to get the deal. It took forever, their on-site Ipad didn't work either, and the music was so loud I didn't hear them call my name. Topping it all off, when I got home and looked at the receipt I didn't get the BOGO! Too bad so sad for me, now I have a credit. It used to be a great place, but the staff has always been great.
