Takes too long to get here

Unfortunately, I gave 4 stars because of the lack of information provided on their website. Their customer service is great, weed is great as well. But they lacked providing IMPORTANT information. They only offer curbside delivery and never stated that not even in their announcement section but when you check out, you can input delivery instructions. I requested my driver to deliver to my door due to a disability. So I didn’t put it in the deliver instructions. If my instructions were read I would’ve appreciated if someone reached out to inform me of this policy. I also understand with a high volume of orders it might be hard to do so. But I would’ve then disclosed my reason. I wasn’t aware I was required to tell someone I have a disability. This isn’t going to stop me from ordering again however, this was an important policy of your business that should’ve been known. Customer policies should be disclosed to the customers to ensure they are aware
