Dr. Greenthumb is providing a very good service to the people in this area by bringing all of the best cannabis companies together under one roof. Every time I come here it's so amazing to see the best strains on the shelf. Straight up, the so called GGxOG rosin at this collective was gross. Dabs did not melt, they singed every time black/ browning my banger even after cooling at low temp. The worst part was the odor. Usually my dabs are very terpy and aromatic, this rosin smelled very bad causing me to think there may have been something wrong with these flowers in the first place to have them squished into low quality mix of strains to which the budtender couldn't confidenly tell me what it was. Ultimately it was my fault for paying for this product instead of walking out but I think that should grant me the right to leave an honest review about a product that ended up being a waste of cash and non- consumable. I'll stick with my concentrates from TLC and LAK.

This collective is trying to go along at a time when the real leaders of the cannabis culture in LA are trying to stand out and help people. How can you start implementing a tax program on your patients and then say that your vendors don't fukk with you because you are not fully licenced and permitted. Overall confusion in this collective and the selection was very low in quality for what they think they have on the shelves. Seems to me like MOTA struggling to meet the needs of the existing community by hiding in the shadows and thinking they have to "comply" when they are actually turning away potential paitents because of a fear of being shut down by an arbitrary agency that has not licenced or regulated this collective to tax yet. In my experience MOTA was WHACK!!! Please step your paitent services up, and please train and inform your budtenders on keeping thier opinions and misinformation out of the discussion when it comes to a paitents needs.

I have experienced a lower quality of customer service and knowledge of the 3C brand at Cannabal City lately. 3 times this summer I was overcharged for my pre pack HR 1/8. Once, a strain was not labeled at all, and recently this Sat. I was given the wrong prices on several concentrates I asked about. When I chose my strains once again it did not match what I was being charged. So I took items away from my order and finally she gets the proper discount, but now I'm missing my main items, and I go home with a short supply thinking "why did I even come today? should I have just went to another collective?". I never thought I would run into these problems at 3C. The paitent should never have to correct a budtender. That's really why I have never complained, especially for a discount on medication, that's embarrassing . But it does lower the quality of service I have gotten and I sometimes consider and visit other collectives just to get fresh service and top grade strains.
