Hi, we are sorry you're experiencing problems with ordering delivery and your account not appearing correctly. As the shift lead on duty told you this has been escalated to our general manager who deals with Weedmaps more directly then the people working the floor. We can understand why this is so frustrating for you. No one wants to be a new customer every time they try and place an order! You should be receiving a phone call or email from our general manager in order to see exactly what is going on. We are very sorry it was frustrating that the floor workers could not help further but understand that they do not have access to Weedmaps in the extent needed to see what is wrong with your profile. If you have not already we highly recommend going to Weedmaps support as well to see if there is anything they can do on their end.
