On my first order I purchased an ounce and about 5 minutes after ordering they called me. The gentleman on the phone explained to me the current quality of the strain i ordered and what they had left in stock of it was a bit aged. After informing me they gave me all sorts of options but i stuck with the same strain. So they discounted the price because of its quality being a little dry. I smoked it and it’s fire so no worries on that one. Seriously the greatest customer service that i’ve ever dealt with. The person on the phone and the driver were so very respectful, polite, and #1 they were friendly. I can’t get over how great my whole experience was with Droopies. Very pleased with everything and definitely ordering from here again and again. The dispensary amazing and did i mention you can track your order when the drivers close by. Lastly that ftp goodie bag is by far the most gracious thing yet y’all are amazing keep up the great work.
