Favorite dispensary in Saginaw

I came in yesterday to grab a oz and the guy told me it was the best they got in and most sold but when I got the weed it was not smoking at all and it broke down like dust so I try to take back today and they gave me a different oz and said the same thing and again it was just like the other weed and it still broke down like dust and had no smell and I still didn’t get high. I don’t like the oz choices or how I got tricked into buying the oz.
