Just stopped in on my way through town! Super easy access l, great selection and Brandy was awesome!

I bought some disposable Church Hyman pens from the manager. One of them quit working. Other dispos have replaced them-it’s somewhat common. There’s still between 1/3 and 1/2 left in the cart. I brought it with me last time and same manager told me we can’t return it without the box-how do I know you bought it here. So I bring it back next trip with the box, SAME MANAGER says well how long have you had this? You’ve smoked out of it! Well of course I have smoked out of it! You told me bring it back in the box-it’s still broke. So i asked her who can I talk to to Fix this? She tells me she’s the manager. I explained she is in contact with distributors-she says she doesn’t handle product. So I again ask who can I talk to to fix this? She then pounces away, says she’s not going to go back and forth with me she’ll just call her boss. My husband and I put our cash back in our pocket and left. She could’ve just given me half off another. There are plenty of dispos out there.

On my last online order, which I thought was still curbside (I spoke with them twice, no mention) I called for pickup. Told I HAD to come in. I explained I have a medical exemption on masks. They said sorry, you have to wear one. But I can’t. The lady at counter was okay. Handed her my card, my ID, and exact change....trying to hurry to get out because even with my own shirt over my face I was struggling. So then the big bouncer shows up demanding I wear one, well I still can’t.... finally the girl said I could wait outside for my pickup order that I thought I ordered curbside. It was just really disorganized. Some people really can not wear a mask. Some are doing it just because, but some really just can’t.
