Very unhappy with my overall experience. I was a first time patient and placed a large order online, when I went to pick it up, the staff was polite and had my order ready. Later but I noticed I was charged twice. After contacting the store, they told me they were unable/unwilling to issue me a refund and could only offer store-credit that I didn't want. Especially in times like these, I would have hoped for my money back. I do not want to go back but will have to because of the store credit.
