Horrible abysmal support 0/10 been ordering from frost for a year or two now and I don’t know if they recently changed who’s packing the items or what but they have been consistently miss packing my orders and then when I call Support, they have an absolute lack of care. I wish I got the Woman on the phone’s name, but I didn’t. She showed zero emotion and made it very clear that she couldn’t give less of a care about my problem. Will never order from these people again.

Scammers fake item will send you the wrong thing and then claim its your fault for ordering it
