Thanks Nikki for the great service. She even made ROO happy and gave him a treat to snack on while we waited. Nikki has a beautiful smile and is so kind. It’s nice when you drive up and the person who opens the window is smiling.

Always a great experience to visit JARS… Love the friendly staff. As usual Jose was awesome. I actually knew what I wanted this visit. Told him what it was and he was able to find just what I was looking for. If I didn’t talk so much, I would have been in and out in 5 minutes.. But I enjoy the JARS staff and like to chit chat. Thanks for being awesome folks but great at your job!

Chris again went over and above for me. I love how I can ask his advice by telling him my needs especially for pain and he not only gets the product I need but provides the information regarding the product and usage/dosage. He is extremely knowledgeable and his customer service goes way beyond expectations. Thanks Chris for all you do for me. You’re definitely an asset to Jars.

Gotta tell ya, Chris knows his products. Came in for some CBD ordered from WeedMaps and they packaged CBN but he caught it. Yay Chris! We chatted about what I needed and he was able to explain 1:1 glycerin tincture which I also purchase. He was very informative about what each product was and how it worked in your system… Totally enjoyed learning from his knowledge… I look forward to learning more about different terpines from him and try them. Awesome customer service and personality. Thanks Chris.

Great Service
Jose was awesome. I was looking for certain terpenes in my product and he was able to tell me about the different products which had those terpenes. His computer glitched and needed batteries and reset. His manager had us move over to Josh’s work station to expedite my purchase. Josh finished up my purchase with Jose. These guys were awesome knowledgeable and a lot of fun. Thank you for your awesome customer service, knowledge and great attitudes. You Rock!!!
