I really hate leaving bad reviews, having said that, I’ve been there twice, first experience was great with Ashlee, very helpful and serviceable how do you expect people at dispensaries to be. So I decided to go back and get some more jeeters given it’s the only thing that works for me. I went it got my pre rolls and went to stand in line to check out and as soon as I did the girl that eventually checked me out started giving me attitude, that I was in the wrong place (there was a girl in the checkout little stand picking stuff so I tried to stay out of her way). Eventually she called me, and right away got mad and told me that if I wanted any deal I needed the app (which I didn’t have because the day before Ashlee never even mentioned it to get my deals so I didn’t know about it) so I downloaded while people were waiting for me to check out. I wish I knew the name of the girl so I can tell people to avoid her, but she purposely didn’t send me the text to review her like Ashlee did.

Third horrible experience with the cashier that checked me out. First time she kept $4 that it was supposed to be my change after paying with card, second she told me a discount wasn’t available when I get it all the time and today I asked if I had any points in my account to use and she said no, I came back and asked someone else and told me I had $6. They might seem like little things, but as a mental health patient that just need some medicine, and given the amount of money I’ve bought from you guys without any issues I find it unacceptable and I’m hoping you can see the name of who she was and make a note in my account for her never to check me out again. Thanks

By far one or my best experiences in any Boston dispensary, always greeted with a smile which is a plus, and the tenders seem always in a great mood and happy to be working here. 100% recommend.
